Mission Yogurt, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our fast-paced FOH team located inside the Denver Airport, including operations across Williams & Graham, Taco Bell, Einstein Bros.

Bagels, A West Marketplace (Uncle, Maria Empanada & The Bindery) & Timberline Steaks & Grille (opening soon). You will oversee daily FOH operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and inspire your team to provide efficient, welcoming, and memorable service in a dynamic airport

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience and 2 years of bar experience.
• Experience as Front-of-House (FOH) Manager or equivalent.
• Ability to work nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for employee relations and scheduling.
• Proven ability to oversee daily restaurant operations and maximize guest satisfaction.
• Commitment to food quality, safety, sanitation, cleanliness and security.

Mission Yogurt is hiring a Front of House Manager to join our team at Williams & Graham, Taco Bell, Einstein Bros. Bagels, A West Marketplace (Uncle, Maria Empanada & The Bindery) & Timberline Steaks & Grille (opening soon) inside the Denver Airport.

Mission Yogurt currently operates over 16 restaurants within the Denver Airport.We’re looking for a hands-on Restaurant Manager to oversee our front-of-house team in a fast-paced airport environment. You’ll ensure smooth daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and inspire your team to make every service efficient, welcoming, and memorable.

Salary Range:

$57,500.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

Front of House Manager Job Responsibilities/Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience and 2 years of bar experience.
• Previous experience as a Front-of-House (FOH) Manager, Hospitality Manager, Supervisor, Lead Host, Guest Services Manager, Assistant Store Manager (ASM), or General Manager.
• Ability to work nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must successfully pass a 10-year background check in accordance with TSA guidelines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage employee relations, hiring paperwork, terminations, performance evaluations, and staff scheduling.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee daily restaurant operations, deliver exceptional food and beverage service, maximize guest satisfaction, and respond effectively to customer feedback.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, sanitation, cleanliness, and security for guests and team members.
• Ability to ensure operational standards are consistently met and collaborate closely with Back-of-House (BOH) leadership to maintain smooth, efficient operations.
• Professional, ethical, and unbiased approach to management, employee relations, and workplace challenges.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
