Job summary

Mission Yogurt, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Front of House Manager to lead our fast-paced FOH team located inside the Denver Airport, including operations across Williams & Graham, Taco Bell, Einstein Bros.

Bagels, A West Marketplace (Uncle, Maria Empanada & The Bindery) & Timberline Steaks & Grille (opening soon). You will oversee daily FOH operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and inspire your team to provide efficient, welcoming, and memorable service in a dynamic airport

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of restaurant management experience and 2 years of bar experience.
Experience as Front-of-House (FOH) Manager or equivalent.
Ability to work nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must successfully pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills for employee relations and scheduling.
Proven ability to oversee daily restaurant operations and maximize guest satisfaction.
Commitment to food quality, safety, sanitation, cleanliness and security.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily FOH operations to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
Lead and manage FOH staff scheduling, training, and performance feedback.
Collaborate with BOH leadership to ensure seamless operations and service quality.
Respond to guest feedback and take proactive steps to improve service.
Uphold Mission Yogurt’s standards for food safety, cleanliness, and guest experience.
Maintain professional, ethical leadership and effective communication across teams.
