Mission Yogurt, Inc. is hiring a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen at Timberline Steaks & Grille, reopening inside Denver Airport. The role requires at least two years of back‑of‑house restaurant management experience and preferred airport experience. Expect to manage staff, plan menus, and ensure food quality and safety standards.

Salary ranges from $58,000 to $70,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, PTO, parking or RTD Eco-Pass, free meals, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two years of back-of-house restaurant management experience.
• Prior experience at an airport is preferred.
• Able to lead kitchen staff and ensure high standards of service.
• Adheres to safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies.

Responsibilities

• Help in the preparation and design of all food and drink menus.
• Produce high-quality plates in both presentation and taste.
• Ensure the kitchen operates in a timely manner meeting quality standards.
• Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and directing food preparation when necessary.
• Resourcefully solve issues and manage staff performance.
