You will perform all-purpose duties toward restoring damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition and learn from a mentor, reading estimates, identifying damage, and checking work quality.

No experience is required to start; you will receive training, a Snap-On tool bag after 90 days, and benefits from day one. Weekly pay plus earning potential of $70,000+ after graduation.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver's license and eligibility for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: Collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification.
