Caliber Collision is seeking a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to perform body repair duties and learn techniques under a mentor. You’ll read estimates, identify damage, and check work for quality while learning hands-on skills.

This program offers weekly pay, benefits from day one, a Snap-On tool bag after 90 days, and an Anniversary Bonus. Earn $70,000+ per year after graduation.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license; eligible for Caliber insurance.
• Nice to have: prior collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech cert (not required).

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition under mentor guidance.
• Learn to read estimates and identify damage.
• Follow training material and hands-on skills for quality checks.
