Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to perform all-purpose duties, including repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition and learning from a mentor.

The TAP Body Apprentice will learn to read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and check work for quality and accuracy while gaining hands-on skills. No experience required; paid weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and eligible for Caliber's insurance.
• Collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition using approved techniques.
• Learn training materials and hands-on skills under a mentor.
• Read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and check quality.
