Caliber Collision is seeking a Technician Apprentice in our TAP – Body program to learn repair techniques and work toward pre-accident body repair. You will follow a mentor, learn to read estimates, identify damage, and ensure quality throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and eligible for Caliber insurance.
• Nice to have: collision experience or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition under mentor guidance.
• Learn to read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles and check work quality.
• Complete required TAP training and certifications.
