Caliber Collision Allentown is hiring a Technician Apprentice Program – Body Apprentice to perform all-purpose duties, repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition under mentor guidance and learning training materials and hands-on skills.

The TAP Body Apprentice program offers benefits from day one, weekly pay, a tool set after 90 days, and potential earnings of $70,000+ per year after graduation. No experience is required; you must be 18+ with a valid license.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Have a valid driver’s license.
• Eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• Nice to have: collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved techniques.
• Learn training material and hands-on skills under mentor guidance.
• Read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and check work for quality and accuracy.
• Follow mentor directions while learning TAP processes.
