Job summary

Caliber Collision Easley is seeking a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to learn body repair skills from a mentor and perform duties to return vehicles to pre-accident condition. No prior experience required; you’ll be paid weekly while you train and begin building a career in automotive repair.

Through TAP you’ll receive a tool bag after 90 days, benefits from day one, and an opportunity to earn $70,000+ per year after graduation as a body technician.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license and eligibility for Caliber insurance.
• Willing to learn and complete required TAP training and certifications.

Responsibilities

• Learn to read estimates and identify damage.
• Repair vehicles under mentor guidance to pre-accident condition.
• Check work for quality and accuracy before completion.
