Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to understand written and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition under mentor guidance.
• Learn to read estimates, identify damage, and perform repairs.
• Check work for quality and accuracy as you progress.
• Follow trainer directions and participate in all required TAP activities.
