Caliber Collision Allentown is seeking a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice to perform repairs on damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition and to learn under a mentor, reading estimates and ensuring quality.

Weekly pay, benefits from day one, a tool set after 90 days, and a path to a body technician career are offered, with earning potential of $70,000+ per year after program completion.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and eligibility for Caliber’s insurance policy.

Responsibilities

• Repair damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition using industry-approved repair techniques.
• Follow mentor’s direction and learn to read estimates, identify damage, and check work for quality and accuracy.
