No prior experience required; you’ll be paid weekly and receive benefits from day one. Program includes tools and a pathway to a permanent body technician role with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Be willing to learn hands-on repair work
• Ability to follow mentor guidance
• Basic reading of instructions and safety procedures
• Able to lift objects up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks

Responsibilities

• Learn to read estimates and identify vehicle damage
• Assist in repairing vehicles to pre-accident condition under mentorship
• Follow training materials and complete required TAP certifications
• Ensure work quality and accuracy under supervision
