Job summary

Caliber Collision is seeking a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice in Onalaska to learn body technician skills and repair vehicles to pre-accident condition under mentor guidance. The TAP program offers paid weekly earnings, immediate benefits, and a pathway to a career as a body technician.

No prior experience is required; training is provided, and you will learn to read estimates, identify damage, repair vehicles, and ensure quality and safety throughout the process.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance.
• No experience required; program provides paid training.
• Nice to have: basic auto shop exposure or related tech interest.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition under mentor guidance.
• Learn to read estimates, identify damage, and perform repairs with quality checks.
• Attend TAP trainings and complete certifications as directed.
