Job summary

Caliber Collision has an immediate opening for a Technician Apprentice Program (TAP) – Body Apprentice. You will perform all-purpose duties, repair vehicles to pre-accident condition, and learn reading estimates, identifying damage, and quality control under a mentor’s guidance.

The TAP program offers paid weekly, benefits from day one, a tool set after 90 days, and a generous earning potential of $70,000+ after graduation.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for Caliber’s insurance policy.
• No prior experience required; program provides training.
• Able to lift objects over 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Repair vehicles to pre-accident condition using approved techniques.
• Learn to read estimates and identify damage under a mentor’s direction.
• Perform hands-on body repair tasks and check work for quality and accuracy.
• Follow the mentor’s guidance and complete TAP training and certifications.
