Job summary

CarGuys Inc. in Orlando is seeking an experienced Body Shop Manager to lead daily operations, ensure quality repairs, and drive safety standards across the shop floor.

You will hire, train, and mentor technicians, manage the annual budget, monitor workflow, and respond promptly to customer concerns to uphold service excellence.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of all body shop employees.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the body shop.
• Monitors progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring proper repair and safety procedures.
• Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks; conducts spot checks of completed jobs.
• Handles customer complaints promptly according to dealership guidelines
