Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking a Body Shop Manager in Lexington, KY. The role oversees all body shop operations, ensuring efficient repair processes, safety compliance, and high-quality service outcomes.

A strong leader with a focus on time management will drive budgets, staff performance, and customer satisfaction. Qualifications

• Must have experience as a body shop Manager
• Must have high energy, positive attitude, and ability to multi-task
• Must have excellent communication, organization and follow up skills

Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of all body shop employees.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the body shop.
• Monitor’s progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring that proper repair and safety procedures are followed.
• Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
• Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
