CarGuys Inc. in Texas is seeking a seasoned Body Shop Manager to lead the department and ensure top‑quality repairs. You will oversee daily operations, mentor staff, and drive efficiency across the shop.

Responsibilities include budgeting, monitoring workflow, enforcing safety procedures, and maintaining high service standards while handling customer concerns per dealership guidelines. Growth opportunities and a collaborative, fast-paced environment await.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a body shop manager.
• Must have high energy, positive attitude and ability to multi-task.
• Must have excellent communication, organization and follow-up skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of all body shop employees.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the body shop.
• Monitor’s progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring that proper repair and safety procedures are followed.
• Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
• Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
