CarGuys Inc. in Ohio is seeking a dynamic Body Shop Manager to lead our service department. You will oversee shop operations, set goals, and ensure safety and quality across vehicles.

The role emphasizes team leadership, budgeting, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement. Candidates should bring energy, strong communication, organization, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced shop environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a body shop Manager
• Must have high energy, positive attitude, and ability to multi-task
• Must have excellent communication, organization and follow up skills

Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of all body shop employees.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the body shop.
• Monitor’s progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring that proper repair and safety procedures are followed.
• Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks. Conducts periodic spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
• Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
