Job summary

CarGuys Inc. is seeking a dedicated Body Shop Manager in North Carolina to lead a busy shop, drive performance, and ensure high standards of repair and safety. The role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and hands-on supervision of technicians and staff.

You will forecast department goals, manage budgets, and maintain quality service while addressing customer concerns in a timely manner. This on-site position offers growth opportunities and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a body shop Manager.
• Must have high energy, positive attitude, and ability to multi-task.
• Must have excellent communication, organization and follow up skills.

Responsibilities

• Forecasts goals and objectives for the department and strives to meet them.
• Hires, trains, motivates, and monitors the performance of all body shop employees.
• Prepares and administers an annual operating budget for the body shop.
• Monitors progress and completion of vehicles in the shop, ensuring proper repair and safety procedures are followed.
• Maintains high-quality service repairs and minimizes comebacks; conducts spot checks of completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
• Handles customer complaints immediately and according to dealership's guidelines.
