Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role within a body shop environment.
• Cash handling and accurate, efficient typing skills are essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills are required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• General computer proficiency and the ability to learn new systems.
• Experience with Reynolds and Reynolds software is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming phone calls and provide outstanding customer service.
• Open, update, and close repair orders.
• Process customer payments and handle daily deposits.
• Collect customer information and provide repair status updates.
• Maintain accurate records in CCC ONE, ARMS, and body shop management software.
• Track customer satisfaction surveys and delivery date commitments.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and schedule estimate appointments.
• Ensure repair order documentation is complete and compliant with company guidelines.
