Job description

Established Ford dealership body shop looking for an administrative assistant. You'll work with the body shop manager coordinating communication between customers, insurance companies, body shop technicians, and various parts sources.

Success in this position depends on your ability to understand vehicle repair processes utilizing correct collision repair standards and the ability to communicate with all parties involved.

Ability to handle multiple ongoing projects at once is a requirement. Proficiency with online computer programs, passwords, and vehicle estimating systems is expected. This is a busy body shop. You'll be on your feet and in constant motion.
