Bell Ford Collision Center in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a motivated Junior Collision Estimator / Body Shop Helper to join our growing team. This entry-level role blends estimating and parts coordination to build a strong foundation for advancement into senior estimator or parts-focused positions.

You will collaborate with customers, technicians, and senior estimators to assess damage, prepare estimates, track parts, and support a smooth repair process from intake to delivery.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Entry-level opportunity with automotive knowledge preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Self-starter with problem-solving abilities and teamwork.
• Basic Word, Excel, and Outlook experience.
• Experience with CCC ONE and Reynolds & Reynolds is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Write complete estimates and supplements per guidelines.
• Take clear photos of vehicle damage for records.
• Document and track repair progress with team.
• Coordinate parts orders and verify availability.
• Assist senior estimators and shop staff as needed.
• Educate customers on the repair process and timelines.
