Job summary

As a Relationship Manager I - C&IB within PNC's Real Estate division, based in Boca Raton, FL, you will manage client relationships to grow revenue and market share. You will originate, analyze, negotiate and document credit and non-credit products, while mitigating risk and expanding client engagement.

You will leverage internal networks to bring the full range of PNC products and services to clients. Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with new and/or existing clients to grow revenue and market share with defined goals.
• Originate, perform financial analysis, negotiate, and document credit and non-credit products and services.
• Identify and mitigate risks (regulatory, reputational, operational, credit) across client portfolios.
• Provide insights based on clients' needs and financial wellbeing to increase engagement and loyalty.
• Build an effective network to acquire and expand clients, leveraging the full range of PNC products.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze, evaluate and mitigate credit risk per internal policies.
