Qualifications

• Able to supervise and coach store crew members.

• Guide and develop Crew Members for excellent store operations and customer service.
• Lead by example, greeting and engaging customers to fulfill boating needs.
• Plan and drive results to meet business goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing Crew Members.
• Manage Omni-Fulfillment operations.
• Assist in implementing store strategies to meet sales goals.
