Job summary

West Marine in Annapolis, MD is seeking a store leadership role under limited supervision to help achieve sales goals and guide our Crew Members. You will train staff, reinforce sales techniques, and ensure excellent customer service for boating customers seeking the right products.

Responsibilities include inventory accuracy, pricing audits, payroll oversight, merchandising resets, and maintaining planogram integrity. You will lead as Manager on Duty and drive loyalty and store traffic.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure inventory accuracy through counts and audits.
• Oversee pricing changes and audits.
• Grow customer counts, loyalty memberships, and store traffic.
• Plan merchandising resets and maintain Planogram integrity.
• Serve as Manager on Duty during shifts.
• Provide product knowledge to customers.
• Drive store conversion and add-on sales.
• Ensure staff uphold brand and service standards.
