Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of related experience preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing store strategies to meet or exceed annual sales goals.
• Lead by example and engage customers to fulfill boating needs.
• Manage front-end activities, including greeting customers and processing transactions.
• Provide high-level customer support with expertise in boating products.
• Develop strategies to achieve West Advantage membership and Private Label goals.
