Bass Pro Shops in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Service Manager - Boats to supervise the Boat Service area, oversee warranty work, and drive service and parts activities. You will manage daily direction to associates, schedule work orders, and maintain inventory while delivering world-class customer service.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in retail boating with supervisory experience and strong interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in Retail Boating or similar industry.
• Ability to calculate figures, discounts and percentages.
• Ability to read and analyze reports.
• Ability to conduct meetings and presentations.
• Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, POS and inventory management systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct associates in the Boat Service area.
• Schedule and assign service, rigging and warranty work orders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy for units and parts.
• Coordinate events such as Boat Shows and promotions.
• Support customer service and create a productive team environment.
• Assist with interviewing, training and performance coaching.
