Job summary

• 2–4 years of retail boating or similar industry experience.
• Supervisory experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedules and assigns all service, rigging and warranty work orders; ensure work orders are completed to the customer’s satisfaction on a timely basis.
• Maintains and constantly strives to increase associate productivity and a safe, clean work environment.
• Staffing, training, interviewing, and performance input for Boat Service associates; coordinates training and schedules.
• Manage and ensure accuracy of unit and parts inventories; assist with special events and promotions.
