Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Boat Services Manager to lead the Boat Service team in delivering world-class customer service and efficient repairs, rigging, and parts support. You will supervise daily operations, manage service work orders, inventory, warranties, and staff development under the Boat Manager.

In this role, you will coordinate events, maintain safety, and strive for outstanding store performance while achieving department goals and delivering a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Retail boating experience 2–4 years; Supervisory experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily Boat Service operations and staff.
• Schedule and track service, rigging and warranty work orders to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate unit and parts inventories; ensure warranty claims are processed promptly.
• Foster a safe, productive work environment and deliver world-class customer service.
• Coordinate special events and promotions in-store and off-site.
