Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Freestanding Boat Services Manager to oversee the Boat Service area, guide staff, and ensure timely service, warranty handling and parts delivery. You will manage inventories, coach associates, and promote a positive, productive team environment.

Responsibilities include scheduling work orders, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating events while driving service and parts sales and overall department goals.

• Supervises and directs Boat Service associates.
• Reads and analyzes service/parts performance reports.
• Ensures strong customer service and team productivity.
