Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Boat Services Manager to lead the Boat Service area, directing associates, managing inventory, and ensuring high-quality service and parts operations. You will work under the Boat Manager to drive service performance and customer satisfaction in a Bass Pro Shops store environment.

The role emphasizes supervision, scheduling, and process improvement, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and accurate inventory control.

Qualifications

• Experience: 2-4 years in Retail Boating or similar industry; Supervisory experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the Boat Service associates and daily operations.
• Schedule and assign service, rigging and warranty work orders to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accuracy of inventories and parts within Boat Service.
• Ensure warranty claims are created and paid promptly.
• Promote world-class customer service and a positive shop environment.
• Assist in coordinating special events and promotional activities.
