Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Boat Service Manager to lead the Boat Service team in our store. You will supervise service, rigging, warranty work, and parts activities while ensuring customer satisfaction and back-office controls.

Responsibilities include scheduling, inventory accuracy, staff training, and coordinating events with the Boat Manager. Starting pay range listed, benefits provided, and a commitment to world-class customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Retail Boating or similar industry
• Supervisory experience is a plus
• Ability to read and analyze reports
• Ability to present information to groups
• Proficiency with PC-based software (word processing, spreadsheets, POS and inventory systems)

Responsibilities

• Supervise the Boat Service associates and provide daily direction
• Schedule service, rigging and warranty work orders to meet customers' needs
• Maintain inventory accuracy for units and parts
• Support achievement of department financial goals (service and parts sales, gross margin)
• Maintain a safe, clean, and secure work environment
• Coordinate staff training and coaching to promote customer relations
• Coordinate special events and promotions
• All other duties as assigned
