Bass Pro Shops in Fort Worth, TX, is seeking a Boat Manager to supervise the Boat & ATV Department, driving sales, service and merchandise presentation. You’ll lead staff, manage inventory and pricing, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a full-time capacity.

The role requires 3-5 years in retail management within boating, strong leadership, and financial acumen. Expect a dynamic team environment with emphasis on service and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3-5 years in Retail Management or management experience within the boating industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide world class customer service and ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
• Meet or exceed all financial plans and execute sales plans.
• Coach Outfitters and lead department to achieve potential.
• Open and close the store for Free Standing locations.
• Manage inventory, pricing, and merchandising standards.
• Staff the Boat Department with service-oriented associates and manage schedules.
• Resolve customer and staff issues and improve NPS.
• Maintain facility standards and provide a legendary customer experience.
• Perform supervisory duties per company policy and laws.
• Maintain TMBC shop and service area.
