Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Duluth, MN is seeking a Boat Part Sales Specialist for a full-time role. You will help customers with boat, motor, trailer and ATV parts, process sales, and manage parts inventory using the IDS system. Marine knowledge is helpful alongside strong customer service.

The position requires a high school education or equivalent, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and a focus on accurate transactions and friendly service in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school education or equivalent.
• Basic math and cash handling skills for sales and till reconciliation.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with parts inquiries and purchases at the parts counter.
• Research requests using manufacturer info or reference materials.
• Process sales transactions by phone or in person.
• Enter part orders and receipts into IDS system and track inventory.
• Prepare and reconcile refunds, warranties, and refunds to vendors as needed.
• Support inventory counts and report shortages or variances.
• Maintain a clean, organized parts area and provide friendly service.
