Responsibilities

• Assist Service Manager in day-to-day operations including scheduling and distribution of work for technicians and yard team.
• Use manufacturer flat rate guides and SSOs to determine time allotted for work.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and warranty companies for approvals and payment safeguards.
• Greet customers, collect signatures, and provide clear work order instructions to the technician.
• Schedule, coordinate, and follow up on sublet contractors.
• Inspect quality of work before delivery to customers.
