Job summary

MarineMax is seeking a Sales Consultant in Houston to drive new and used boat sales by showcasing products and delivering superior customer service. You will build lasting relationships before and after the sale, demonstrate boats, and coordinate delivery and financing with the team.

You will actively participate in events and shows, provide accurate quotes, and maintain up-to-date customer data to fuel future opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and customer service preferred.
• Ability to demonstrate boats and communicate benefits to customers.
• Willingness to participate in boat shows and events.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains long-term relationships with customers before and after the sale.
• Shows boats in showroom and at off-site displays; demonstrates boats on the water.
• Inputs and maintains accurate customer data in the IDS system.
• Accurately quotes sales price, including tax and licensing; coordinates financing with the Business Manager.
• Oversees delivery of each unit sold and introduces customers to the service team.
• Actively participates in customer events and boat shows.
• Demonstrates basic seamanship skills and completes required trainings.
