Newcoast seeks a Boat Insurance Advisor to grow the book by partnering with MarineMax and related entities. You will meet with clients via phone, email, and chat to tailor risk management and insurance plans that fit their needs.

Leverage CRM, EPIC systems, and analytics to track leads, manage the pipeline, and report progress to sales leadership. A passion for recreational boating helps drive service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance or marine industry with knowledge of placement and operations.
• Resident Property & Casualty license in home state (ability to add non-resident licenses).
• Experience with Applied EPIC, CRM systems, analytics and common sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with customers engaged in boat transactions with MarineMax or affiliates.
