Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to assist customers in selecting boats and ATVs, providing product knowledge and facilitating informed decisions. The role emphasizes customer service, showroom presentation, and CRM-driven lead follow-up.

The position requires meeting sales targets, handling daily paperwork, and collaborating with the Service Department to ensure smooth deliveries. Training and ongoing product knowledge updates are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and associates.
• Ability to operate computer system & POS register system.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Assist Boat and ATV customers in making informed buying decisions.
• Meet monthly sales goals based on status and schedule.
• Prepare showroom signage and maintain product presentation.
• Generate and manage leads in CRM and document follow-ups.
• Collaborate with Service Department to ensure seamless deliveries.
• Participate in events such as Boat Shows and Parking Lot events.
