Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Duluth, GA, is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to assist Boat and ATV customers in making informed buying decisions. You will engage customers, assess needs, and provide information to help them choose suitable products.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, keeping signage clean and updated, and collaborating with the Service Department to ensure seamless delivery. Starting pay rate is $15.00–$17.75 per hour, with full benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to our customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computer system & Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner.
• Meet with potential customers to determine boating and ATV needs.
• Provide information to help customers make informed buying decisions.
• Maintain product knowledge using brochures, internet, and trainings.
• Ensure signage and cleanliness per presentation standards.
• Generate and manage leads and follow up with customers in CRM.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals based on employment status and schedule.
• Coordinate with Service Department to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
