In this full-time role, you will greet customers, determine needs, present products, complete paperwork, manage CRM leads, and work with the service department to ensure seamless delivery.

Starting pay ranges from $14.00 to $16.75 per hour, with full-time benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, paid holidays and more.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner with customers and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and determine boating and ATV needs to drive sales.
• Present products and explain features to inform buying decisions.
• Enter leads in CRM and follow up with customers daily.
• Coordinate with Service Department to ensure seamless delivery and pickup.
• Maintain showroom displays and current pricing signage.
