Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Woodbury, MN is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to assist customers with boat and ATV purchases, provide product information, and drive sales. You will engage customers, maintain product knowledge, and manage leads in the CRM while coordinating with the service team to ensure smooth delivery.

You will interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner, build relationships, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and other associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computer system & Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Engage all customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner.
• Meet with potential customers to determine boating and ATV needs.
• Provide information to allow customers to make informed buying decisions.
• Maintain current product knowledge and awareness of promotions.
• Prepare showroom each morning with proper signage and presentation standards.
• Generate and manage leads in CRM and conduct follow-up activities.
• Coordinate with Service Department to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals based on status and schedule.
• Maintain a clean, professional work area and follow company policies.
