Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant in Gainesville, FL to help customers find the right boating and ATV products. You will deliver world-class service, maintain product knowledge, and collaborate with the service team to ensure seamless delivery.

You will manage CRM leads daily, follow up with customers, and strive to achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining a clean, presentable showroom and upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Boat & ATV customers to identify needs and make informed buying decisions.
• Maintain current product knowledge via brochures, internet, and training sessions.
• Enter new customers and follow up activities in the CRM daily; manage leads.
• Coordinate with Service Department to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
• Meet and work toward monthly sales goals based on status and schedule.
