Responsibilities include showroom upkeep, lead generation in CRM, attending events, and meeting sales goals. Starting pay is $15.00–$17.75 per hour with full-time benefits available.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and sales aptitude.
• Ability to use POS and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist Boat & ATV customers in making informed buying decisions.
• Engage customers entering the department in a friendly and timely manner.
• Maintain product knowledge using brochures, Internet, and training.
• Prepare showroom each morning with proper signage and cleanliness.
• Generate and manage leads in CRM with daily follow-up activities.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals based on status and scheduling.
• Collaborate with Service Department to ensure seamless delivery.
