Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant in Shakopee, MN. You will greet customers, assess their boating and ATV needs, and help them make informed buying decisions with up-to-date product knowledge.

You will manage leads in CRM, process paperwork, and participate in events while maintaining a clean showroom. Starting pay and benefits are provided; prior retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• Ability to calculate discounts and percentages.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate computer and Point of Sale (POS) system.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a friendly and timely manner in the Boat & ATV department.
• Meet with potential customers to determine boating/ATV needs and how we can help.
• Provide information to help customers make informed buying decisions.
• Maintain product knowledge via brochures, internet, and trainings.
• Generate and track leads in CRM, document follow-ups and tasks.
• Assist with shows and events (Boat Shows, Parking Lot events).
• Complete paperwork required in the sales process accurately.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals based on status and schedule.
• Keep showroom clean, signposted, and products presentable at all times.
