Bass Pro Shops in Anchorage, AK is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to assist customers in selecting boats and ATVs and to provide friendly, informed service.

You will engage shoppers, maintain up-to-date product knowledge, manage CRM leads, and coordinate with the Service Department to ensure seamless delivery. This part-time role requires strong communication and teamwork while meeting monthly sales goals and keeping the showroom inviting.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate POS and sales software.

Responsabilités

• Assist Boat & ATV customers in selecting products and making informed buying decisions.
• Maintain current product knowledge through brochures, internet, and training meetings.
• Generate and manage leads in the CRM tool, documenting follow-up activities.
• Prepare the showroom each morning with proper signage and cleanliness.
• Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales goals based on status and hours scheduled.
• Coordinate with the Service Department to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
