Job summary

Bass Pro Shops in Oklahoma City is hiring a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to help customers evaluate boating and ATV options and to make informed buying decisions.

You will greet customers, provide product information, keep knowledge current, manage CRM leads, and coordinate with the service department to ensure seamless delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and professional communication with customers and colleagues.
• Basic math skills for discounts and percentages.
• Ability to build effective working relationships with management and customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in Boat & ATV departments with buying decisions.
• Maintain product knowledge and ensure proper signage and clean presentation.
• Generate and manage leads in the CRM and document follow-up activities.
• Meet and strive to exceed monthly sales goals while coordinating with the service department for delivery.
• Follow company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
