Bass Pro Shops in Richfield, WI is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to help customers compare options and choose the right products. You will engage customers on arrival, provide product knowledge, and coordinate with the Service Department to ensure smooth delivery.

The role emphasizes sales goals, showroom setup, and active participation in events. Previous retail experience and a strong customer focus are valued.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Strong customer service mindset and friendly communication with customers.
• Ability to use a computer and POS system.
• Willingness to participate in events and promotions.

Responsabilités

• Assist Boat & ATV customers in making informed buying decisions.
• Maintain current product knowledge using brochures, Internet and trainings.
• Generate and manage leads in CRM tool and document follow-up activities.
• Prepare showroom daily with signage and maintain clean, sellable products.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals based on status and scheduling.
