Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to assist customers in selecting boating and ATV gear. You will engage shoppers, determine needs, and provide information to support informed purchasing decisions.

Responsibilities include maintaining product knowledge, coordinating with the service team for delivery, and managing CRM leads with diligent follow-up. A strong customer-service mindset and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Strong math and discount calculation abilities.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly, professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and engage them to determine boating/ATV needs.
• Provide product information to help customers make informed buying decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through resources and training.
• Coordinate with Service Department to ensure seamless delivery to customers.
• Prepare showroom each morning with proper signage and clean, presentable products.
• Enter leads in CRM and document follow-up activities daily.
