Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Boat & ATV Sales Consultant to assist Boat and ATV customers in making informed buying decisions and ensure a friendly, productive shopping experience. You will engage customers, determine needs, provide product information, and maintain current knowledge through brochures, the Internet, and trainings.

The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and basic POS/CRM usage in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

High School education or equivalent experience.
Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and percentages.
Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.

Responsibilities

Engages customers in a friendly and timely manner.
Determines customer boating or ATV needs and provides information to inform decisions.
Maintains product knowledge using brochures, Internet and training meetings.
Works with Service Department to ensure seamless delivery.
Generates leads in the CRM tool and documents follow-ups.
Prepares showroom signage and maintains clean, sellable products.
