Priory seeks a full-time Residential Faculty to foster a welcoming dorm environment for boarding students in Portola Valley, CA. The role emphasizes mentorship, safety, and community, coordinating with staff and families to support student well-being and navigating daily life away from home.

Duties include supervising dorms, planning weekend activities, arranging transportation, attending meetings, and modeling professionalism.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience working with adolescents in educational or camp settings preferred.
• Valid California driver's license or ability to obtain one within two weeks of hire.

Responsabilités

• Ensure safety, well-being and supervision of boarding students.
• Reflect Priory's purposes and objectives to students.
• Create a homelike dorm atmosphere in coordination with Residential Life Team.
• Work duty shifts including evenings and weekends (32–40 hours/week).
• Uphold policies and procedures in the Resident Handbook.
• Mentor ~10 students and communicate with parents of international students bi-weekly.
• Attend team and community meetings and chaperone weekend activities.
